Natural chicken breasts start marinating in herbs, spices and buttermilk on Sunday night so by Tuesday it's packed with flavor. It's then ready to be lightly breaded, fried to crisp crunch, draped in our house red sauce, smothered in melted mozzarella, and served alongside fettuccine and a fresh salad.
